HHERA Privacy Policy
You have a right to know how we keep your personal data. This policy is designed to tell you what we collect from you, how we store it and how we protect it.
 
Who we are
 
The aims and objects of HHERA are to serve and protect the interests of the residents of the Hanger Hill Estate and to protect, improve and further the amenities of the Estate. Membership of the Association is open to all residents of the Hanger Hill Estate, being the area bounded by Hanger Lane, Western Avenue, the Piccadilly Line between Park Royal and North Ealing stations, and Queens Drive (including Queens Parade). More information about the Association and its aims is available at its website. There are no subscriptions for membership but donations are always welcome.

How we use information about you
 
The Treasurer holds information about donations for the purposes of keeping our financial records up to date. The web manager holds your contact details in order to distribute email newsletters. You may unsubscribe by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the email newsletter or via mail@HHERA.com.


How we protect your information
 
We keep information about you on password protected computers which use the latest antivirus software. Any paper copies are stored in locked filing cabinets and shredded after use. The web manager uploads members' email addresses to the email newsletter program on our web server, access to which is controlled by user id and password.

 
Changes to the privacy policy
 
We may update this policy occasionally and new versions will be available on the website.
